Not satisfied with our product? Something went wrong? NO PROBLEM!... Here is what to do:
Scenario A: You are not satisfied with our product: Here is what we'll do:
You must email us
at deanadp@yahoo.com within 5 (five) days from the receipt of the merchandise.
a) We will gladly
replace it or exchange for another product, or
b) Credit your Credit Card(through Paypal) for the
FULL amount of your purchase, "No Questions Asked"! (Shipping
& Handling Charges are NOT Refundable)
Just follow the following procedures:

Please repack the item in its ORIGINAL package, just like you received it!

Contact us at deanadp@yahoo.com within 5 (five) days from the receipt of the merchandise. We will issue a "Return Authorization #" (RA#). Return Deadline for purchases made during the Holiday Season (Dec. 1st thru Jan 15th) is automatically extended
to 30 (Thirty) Days after the gift receipt date. The product must be shipped back to us Pre-Paid Shipping and
Fully Insured, using the same courier that delivered it to you. (i.e..: UPS etc) within 7 Days from our RA# notification.

Inbound and Outbound Freight Charges are NOT Refundable.

Full credit will be issued to your Credit Card(through Paypal or a check will be mailed) as soon as we
receive your item
Scenario B: The shipment arrived Damaged or Incorrect:
Here is what we'll do: a) We will replace
it free of charge: Just follow the following procedures:

Email us at deanadp@yahoo.com within 5 (five) days from the receipt of the merchandise. We will arrange for the pick up of the Damaged or Incorrect
items at NO COST to you.

A Replacement will be immediately shipped to you. Should the item be "out-of-stock", you'll have the option
or receive an immediate FULL REFUND or wait for the arrival of your product. An estimated arrival date will be given to you
and your replacement order will be placed in our "Priority List" and will be shipped as soon as the item will be available.
